Creating Classes in a Community

As a school admin you can create all the classes in your school at one go. You will be added as Class Admin for these classes. 

  1. Tap on All Groups at the top left corner
  2. The left navigation tray opens up 
  3. Click on the name of the community under the Communities label.
  4. Click Classes in menu of your community page.
  5. Click on +Class icon at the bottom right corner of your community page
  6. Click Class
  7. Enter the name of the class 
  8. Click Add Another to add more classes at one go
  9. Click Save
All the classes will be added to your community and will start showing up under the classes tab of your community. Now you can invite respective teachers to these classes. They will be automatically added to the community as teachers when you invite them to the class. The teachers can in turn invite the parents to their classes or you can invite the parents to the classes as well.
