I'm not getting notifications. How to troubleshoot?

You can troubleshoot not receiving notifications by following these steps:

I'm Not Getting Email Notifications:
  • Access Account Settings ( Open left hand menu and click Settings icon on the top)
  • Click Notifications on the menu
  • Check to see if Email Notifications are turned on (there should be a check mark)
  • If Email Notifications are not turned on, click the Circle icon to enable them
  • If Email Notifications are turned on and you still are not receiving email notifications contact support@bloomz.com


I'm not getting Push notifications on your phone?

Android:
  • Access Account Settings ( Open left hand menu and click Settings icon on the top)
  • Click Notifications on the menu
  • Check to see if Push Notifications are turned on (there should be a check mark)
  • If Push Notifications are not turned on, click the Circle​ icon to enable them
If Push are turned on and you still are not receiving them do the following
  • Uninstall and reinstall the application
  • Open Android settings 
  • Select Apps icon on the menu
  • Select the Bloomz app
  • Select Notifications icon on the menu
  • Turn on All Notifications 
  • Contact support@bloomz.com if you are still not getting push notifications


IOS:
  • Access Account Settings ( Open left hand menu and click Settings icon on the top)
  • Click Notifications on the menu
  • Check to see if Push Notifications are turned on (there should be a check mark)
  • If Push Notifications are not turned on, click the Circle​ icon to enable them
If Push are turned on and you still are not receiving them do the following
  • Uninstall and reinstall the application
  • Open IOS settings 
  • Select the Bloomz app
  • Select Notifications icon on the menu
  • Turn on Allow Notifications 
  • Contact support@bloomz.com if you are still not getting push notifications
