Changing My Email Address

If you would like to receive your email notifications at a different email address, here is how you can update your email address: 

* After inserting your new Email Address, Bloomz will log you out of your account, and you will be required to log back in with the new account details. 

On Desktop: 
  1. Click on your name in the bottom of the left navigation tray
  2. Click Account Settings
  3. Click Change Email Address
  4. Type your Old Email and New Email.
  5. Type the Password.
  6. Click Save.
  7. Changing your email address will sign you out popup is seen.
  8. Click Save & Sign out
  9. You will be signed out and you will have to sign in using the new email address and password.

On iPhone app/ Android app - 
  1. Click on All Groups on the left navigation tray. 
  2. Click on your profile picture
  3. Click on Account Settings
  4. Tap on Change Email Address
  5. Type your Old Email and New Email.
  6. Type the Password.
  7. Click Save.
  8. Changing your email address will sign you out popup is seen.
  9. Click Save & Sign out
  10. You will be signed out and you will have to sign in using the new email address and password.
